Introduction<br/>In this book, I would like to share many of my personal interactions with others to give readers a deeper understanding of my personality and management style. I emphasize that I am telling my personal narrative without detailing each work I have accomplished, as there is enough of each to fill entire pages and volumes.<br/><br/>This book primarily discusses the period that followed the establishment of the Etihad, known as the establishment of our Union. I consider this to be one of the decisive periods in my life in service to my country.<br/><br/>I never planned to write a book or work in the field God intended for me. As my tenure ended at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, many friends encouraged me to document my memories and experiences.<br/><br/>After years of continuous diplomatic work, I stopped temporarily to reflect on everything I experienced inside one of the most important ministries in the country as if I were looking at a panoramic picture. Just when I thought this chapter of my life had come to an end, I realized that my service would not be complete until I documented my story. |
