Summary: Introduction In this book, I would like to share many of my personal interactions with others to give readers a deeper understanding of my personality and management style. I emphasize that I am telling my personal narrative without detailing each work I have accomplished, as there is enough of each to fill entire pages and volumes. This book primarily discusses the period that followed the establishment of the Etihad, known as the establishment of our Union. I consider this to be one of the decisive periods in my life in service to my country. I never planned to write a book or work in the field God intended for me. As my tenure ended at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, many friends encouraged me to document my memories and experiences. After years of continuous diplomatic work, I stopped temporarily to reflect on everything I experienced inside one of the most important ministries in the country as if I were looking at a panoramic picture. Just when I thought this chapter of my life had come to an end, I realized that my service would not be complete until I documented my story.

Introduction
In this book, I would like to share many of my personal interactions with others to give readers a deeper understanding of my personality and management style.
